At De Luxe Elixir, we are committed to delivering your luxury fragrance products with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure your experience reflects the premium quality of our brand.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
All fragrance oil products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
De Luxe Elixir is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@deluxeelixir.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at support@deluxeelixir.com We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
